The Integra can easily be configured from the standard 175mm single-color printer, to a two-color
printer utilizing 100mm inking cups and moving print heads for precise ink application, achieving two
colors with a single machine.

- This 3-station pad printing system is specifically designed for printing on a large metal cylinder with a tapered end.
- Stations 1 and 2: Print product descriptions and lot code information.
- Station 3: Applies variable information to the tapered end as the part is rotationally indexed beneath the print head.
- Allen-Bradley programmable controller and HMI for seamless integration with a customer’s 6-axis heavy robot and motor-driven part handling system.
- Zero-adjust pad mounting system.
- Zero-adjust and quick-change cup drive and plate system.
