INTRODUCTION
Available as a bench top or standalone machine, the new G8 60/85 printer is redesigned from the ground up to be stronger and more versatile printer than previous generations of G2 60 machines.
While maintaining the same overall compact dimensions from its predecessor, the new twin wall “C” frame body of the G8 60/85 offers added strength and rigidity, enabling this printer to support a user installable plug and play transverse cup drive and plate system for longer format printing. This machine accepts both 60mm and 85mm cup and plate systems.
The new G8 60/85 printer supports all existing G2 60/85 cup, plate and pad mounting components.

User Friendliness
As with all Printex standard equipment, the G8 60/85 is equipped with a programmable controller and user-friendly touchscreen interface, providing easy access to all machine functions, set up parameters, production print modes and stored job settings.
Machine set up is simple, accurate and repeatable thanks to our pin registered/zero adjust plate adapter system. No tools required.
The XY adjustable pad mounting system makes for quick pad to plate alignments. An adjustable XYZ work table allows for easy print placement location.

Modular by design and PLC controlled, the G8 60/85 stands ready to perform in both manual and automated environments.
The on board programmable controller enables this printer to drive semi-automatic tooling and rotary indexing tables. It can also be easily integrated in to full blown automated production lines.
A quick change “plug and play” transverse cup drive and plate system enables the G8 60/85 to print long format art work up to 10 inches.
