The new twin-wall and open “C” frame design give this printer unparalleled strength and rigidity, enabling it to support an arsenal of plug-and-play accessories to accomplish a variety of pad printing applications.
The new G8-150X platform, with plug-and-play accessories can easily be transformed to print one color, two-color, four-color, and long-format printing.

Machine set up is simple, accurate and repeatable thanks to our pin registered/zero adjust plate adapter system. No tools required.
The XY adjustable pad mounting system makes for quick pad to plate alignments. An adjustable XYZ work table allows for easy print placement location.

The on board programmable controller enables this printer to drive semi automatic tooling and rotary indexing tables. It can also be easily integrated in to full blown automated production lines.

Capabilities
G8-150X can easily be configured from a standard one-color printer to perform two-color, fourcolor, and transverse long-format printing with optional turnkey plug-and-play conversion kits. The
flexibility of this printer is increased by a factor of three.
Single Color
The G8-150X configured in one-color format accepts a 130mm ink cup and zero-adjust, pin-registered plate system.
Two Color
The two color plug and play conversion kit includes:
• Two position automatic pad slide assembly with twin XY
adjustable pad adapters.
• Two 100mm ink cups and drive pins. Both pre-inked pads
shuttle over the stationary part to perform the two-color print
operation.
• Two 100mm pin-registered zero-adjust plate adapters
Four Color
The four color conversion kit requires a larger PLC and power supply at the time of purchase:
• Four-up dovetailed pad mount bus bar.
• Four XY adjustable pad adapters.
• Four-up cup drive bus bar.
• Four 85mm ink cups and drive pins.
• One (four-up, zero-adjust) plate bed.
• Four 85mm pin-registered plate adapters.
• One servo drive linear indexer with base plate and fixture mount.
Transverse Cup
Transverse cup for narrow artwork up to 16 inches long.
Capabilities
G8-150X can easily be configured from a standard one-color printer to perform two-color, fourcolor, and transverse long-format printing with optional turnkey plug-and-play conversion kits. The
flexibility of this printer is increased by a factor of three.
Single Color
The G8-150X configured in one-color format accepts a 130mm ink cup and zero-adjust, pin-registered plate system.
Two Color
The two color plug and play conversion kit includes:
