INTRODUCTION
The G8-150 Double Action/ Wide machine is designed to handle big parts and large print areas with maximum flexibility. The “Wide” format machine frame supports a “Double Action” pad and plate movement. The horizontally opposed pad and plate assemblies move in opposite directions to perform the printing and inking functions. This innovative feature gives the print head extended reach, while benefitting from reduced pad travel and cycle times.
Capabilites with Optional Accessories
The modular wide format plate bed supports several ink cup sizes and plate systems to accomplish a variety of single and multi color applications.
“Plug and play” servo linear actuators; carousel and over/under indexing conveyors are available to support multi color printing.
Independent pad actuators can be combined with servo controlled horizontal pad; plate; and work movements to further perform multi color printing with variable XY print positions on a large part.

• 130mm cup and plate system for five color printing
• 100mm cup and plate system for six color printing

This G8-150 is configured for four color printing using four large loaf pads; four 150mm ink cups and plates with optional “plug and play” 36 inch long servo linear
indexer for part transport.
The user installable automatic pad cleaning
tape off assembly works with any plate or
cup drive configuration.
